recipes

Before I do my first recipe, I am thinking of getting some ideas from my followers on what recipes they want me to write. So please do not hesitate to suggest, leave your message at my CBOX or email me to gelstaph@yahoo.com.

A friend of mine in London, Dr. Jenner Palenicia had already made some suggestions, he wants me to write a step-by-step procedure on how to cook adobo and spaghetti (Filipino Style). I'm sure he already missed the cooking of Jay and Tata in Lanao Foundation Dairy Farm in Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte.

Meet the Cook!

Married to the most beautiful girl in the world, a father of two boys, a food technologist, a dairy specialist, a research and development specialist, an avid fan of home-cooked meals of his mother and uncles and aunties, and most especially, loves to eat!

Our family is a conglomeration, a bunch, a collection of people who have good appetite, delicate taste buds, discriminating palate, excellent food critique and exceptional cooks. Though we do not have formal education in cooking, our talent and skills in the kitchen are honed by time and daily experiences. We have the ability to experiment and try recipes that we had just tasted in the restaurants and we perfect it in our kitchens to be served to our family. Our technique in cooking is not just the spices and ingredients and oils to create a healthy, delicious, sumptuous meal. It is our passion to cook and love to our family that drive us to prepare good food and that is our secret to our recipe.

With the fast emergence of McDonalds and Jollibee and other fast-foods, we seldom cook at our homes and often forget that home-cooked meals are more nutritious, healthy and cheap. It is also an expression of love by sharing your time to your love ones.

I am here to share with you my home cooking. Simple and fast to prepare, no complicated processes and ingredients, in just a few minutes, you can have a love to share with!
